score! that's awesome. all my previous jeeps have been kicker exclusive, i'm definitely checking these out!
They also have a separate Kicker kit for the sub, whether you have the stock amp’ed alpine system plot not.

From what I gather, the head unit changed in 24 and there aren't really any suitable aftermarket options. At least a few people on here mention replacing theirs on 23 and older.
yeah it did, and i haven't seen anything yet either. it's... fine. at least for now, i'm focusing on speakers, i'll deal with the head unit when it craps out

i saw that! that's a bridge i'll cross when/if i need to though. my current sub is perfectly passable, so it stays as long as it survives without issues

I'd like to not have the thing at all lol, tired of banging my head on it.

They charge WAY too much for that Kicker kit for my taste. It's just a couple of small components and a tiny upgrade on what already comes from Kicker.
I pieced together WAY better at less than half the cost, giving myself room to easily go bigger in the future if I want, and making it a plug-n-play to do so. The value of what you get for that extra $100 is probably twenty bucks. Except for $20 you'd have left over parts because no one sells 8 foot of wire or a four pack of T-taps.
No offense to anyone who goes that way. To each his own. Convenience does have value.
I used both their kit and their install video as inspiration that I improved on.

I totally get it. Back in the day I made a full Clarion Pro audio with Boston acoustic components and competition kicker setup. Extremely clean and hid damn hard when it was supposed to.

Now I don’t have the time to do it or want to wait for my hands, knees or back to quit hurting. It’s worth it to me if I placed the value in it as I did back then. Now I tend to stick with talk radio, with an occasional blip on the wild side!

I’m in my 50’s but still like my music of all types.
I did a full system upgrade in my wife’s 22 sport, then again with my 21 Willys. Picked up a 25 Willys a few months back and tackled it.
Kept the factory head unit obviously.. added a pac audio ap4-ch42 module to get 3 sets of clean flat rca outputs front, rear, and sub.
I did MB quart lower empty knee pods with sound deadening and small amount poly fill. With kicker Ks series 6.5 components. KS series 3.5’s up top and KS series 6.75 coaxial in the sound bar using metra adapters for the 24+ model and sound deadening and poly fill in it as well.
Two 10”s under back seat in fox acoustic box and two amps behind back seat 1/0 power wire etc kicker 360.4 amp and sun amp is kicker 1200.1
I could have went really high end with Morel, Hertz, Audison etc. But I figured for a daily driver it gave me all I wanted and then some. Pictures of the sound bar attached.
