After reading through this it seems the best place to ask.

The dana spicer aftermarket covers still fit the 23's I assume? With the change to the front housing I have read some covers wont fit? Also artec's truss says with the changes made to the housing their truss needs a bit of work to fit properly.

Had the spicers on my JL and they were solid. Worked well with the gasket so it's either these or ARB.

Or just get diff skids and skip the covers.

Not a huge fan of skids. I had metalcloaks rear skid which bent so bad up that it took out my pinion seal while on Fordyce. I had to stop like 3 times on the drive home to refill the rear diff haha.

That and losing ground clearance. On the drive out of Fordyce I never hit the rear diff again after gaining the clearance. (Had to remove the skid). Just good line choice. With 37's and just a 2.5" lift I was never really hitting my diffs. The front cover took more abuse most of the time.

Really just curious about what fits on the 23's. Either arb or dana.

I get it. Metalcloak doesn’t protect the pinion. Check out next venture. Not a scratch on anything above it. And I wheel hard.

Yeah you know a lot of things could have happened with the skid. Maybe the bolts loosened which let it shift too much forward. Either way it was all twisted and smashed.

Anyhow. If anyone know about 23+ and the spicer covers let me know!

And your diffs don’t have the drain plugs?
They started to phase out the drain plugs starting in the middle to late 2021 model year builds. By 2022, they were totally gone.
