They are shockingly good offroad. I have had a couple Touareg's, and a Cayenne S. I have always dreamed of owning a 2010 transsyberia edition but they are just worth too much money now. Sure, they are not a rubicon, but stock to stock, they can be remarkably good with proper tires.

I would love to have one, get it lifted, and such... but I know how my heart would feel with the first scratch. LOL

That was one of the design requirements when they first came out. It had to be able to off-road. If Porsche was going to build an SUV, they were going to build an SUV. My parents have a Turbo and a base cayenne. I think they are both 2006s, so getting older now.
The turbo one is good at just about everything: acceleration, handling, and all terrain capability .it has adjustable suspension, so the lift is built in, at the touch of a button.

Maintenance is getting expensive now on the turbo one though.

He stole it.
I wouldn’t risk my truck doing that if it was my first time.
I always consider it to be a 75/25% split between driver and vehicle. For the 75% though you can make up for a lack of skill with a complete lack of care if you break something ?
