12.3 during an ESS stop event isn't bad. It's going to drop because there's the load of the electronics, HVAC and other fun stuff still going on with the engine off.
Mine will drop down to 12.2 if the stop is long enough.
12.7 is normal if the battery is fully charged.
You may see 13.x when coasting down a hill, foot off the gas, or very light load just cruising down a hill, but otherwise, driving, you may easily see 12.7
This is from our trip back from Colorado Springs. We'd been driving for hours, batteries were 100% fully charged, AC was in "auto" mode, set to 68 degrees, it was 90 outside, engine was cruising us back home on the interstate.
