RNs are criminally underpaid, and are striking now as well.

And comparing to tradesman and foreman wages across areas is kinda useless. Tradesmen and foremen here in Idaho make 1/2 what they do next door in Oregon.

Agree hospitals and insurances are corrupt.. but I would say my wife can make a pretty good living and is actually on the low end in our area.

Yeah I know pay in general is very geographical based just pointing out why you see people may not support the UAW when comparing pay to what they do and make.

The latest offer from Ford that I saw is really good. I’m just not sure if the actual workers that have to vote on it are smart enough to realize it. I’d say the majority think they should get the full ask that UAW set out with and are happy to have this time off.
