I know old Amarillo Texas isnt known for a whole lot of crazy trails but we had an offroad park open up in the 2nd largest canyon in North America. Its called Merus Adventure Park. Amarillo is smack dab in the middle of the country if anyone wants to do an old Google search. Park looks pretty sweet.

Central Florida here, would be up for a meetup in the south somewhere...hell takes 6 hours just to get out of the state. No real destination in mind, something fanily friendly. limited of road experience, first real 4x4.

I am willing to travel between 400 and 600 miles given 90 days notice preferably a long weekend
As far as destinations are concerned I have no real preferences other then nothing to technical, main goal would be family friendly without to much pucker factor more in the overland realm then the rock-crawling area.
My off-roading experience is limited my truck beats me 95% in regards to capability as this is my first true 4x4 vehicle but I am looking to learn.

Boy, reading all of these post and wishing I was retired to go on some of these destinations they sound awesome.

NW would be it for me for weekend trips. long way for week long trips. Love Washington of course that's where I am from....

In Virginia, had a few Jeeps and guided for Camp Jeep and Jeep Jamboree back in the day.... currently stock JTRD . Willing to definitely meet up and do trails around the area and depending where and time around the east cost. Like the idea of getting a number of gladiators together and doing some trails and meet and greet.

Big Bend National park is huge, very scenic, has many, many trails, one badge of honor trail and lots of camp spots.

I don’t know much about that area never been up that way
Anyone got ideas what areas could be good for wheeling? I know that have that big motorcycle meetup somewhere which means at least one area would be conducive to a big group

I already have events for August (Detroit) and July (Kenosha) - car shows.
