As the title states. Have you experienced any electrical issues after installing a tazer?

might be helpful if you have had issues to post specific vehicle info.

2022&2023 DIESEL rubicons- both the same issues when left installed.

For context I hit 18 months, picked up tires, purchased the tazer, left installed factory batteries took a dump, assumed age. Replaced, noticed low voltage at start up consistently with two brand new (and charged) batteries.
Yanked (unmarried) the tazer out, recharged the batteries properly, changed the tire size with Jscan. No more low voltage issues.
The 2023 was picked up in December same low voltage reading, and went away once removed.

Nope. And I’ve had mine plugged in since may of last year.

None here -- and it's been plugged since about May of last year.

Yes, killed 2 sets of batterie. Both replaced under warranty. Removed Tazer, no issues. Now this isn’t a daily driver, 21 with 13k on the clock.

I would be very curious to know what additional parasitic draw comes from a Tazer.
I assume some, but also assume it shouldn't be much.
it should have to have some draw at all times in order to interact with start sequences (such as PIN lock and so on)

There's got to be some other factors involved??

Also curious on what options are enabled/configured on those with issues vs those without. It may not actually be a Tazer issue, but an option issue. There's just so many variables in play.

Had it in my 2020 JT for 2.5 years, factory battery made it almost 3 years in PHX. Moved to my 2023 JTR, no issues. Both daily drivers.

Maybe even include the installed update on Tazer.

I leave the Tazer installed and I'm still on the original batteries. Stop start is working I never see battery charging since charging both batteries individually and resetting the IBS. I also put a trickle charger on every few weeks.

22- Options- 3 honk disable, auto park disable, high beams with fogs on, kill license plate light with reverse, tire change.
Push button features- ess/traction disable, rear locker, and sway bar disconnect.

23- options 3 honk, auto park, and tire size
No push buttons

both have the latest software release.
