I am seeing products on TEMU that seem to be the same products sold on Quadratec and other Jeep supply companies. I'm not talking about Jeep parts, but rather stuff for the interior of your Gladiator (rubber floor mats, door entry guards, console organizers, etc.). Obviously the products on TEMU are way cheaper than other vendors.

Has anybody had any luck purchasing products for your Gladiator on TEMU? Are these products of decent or similar quality of the things you see on other sites?

Thanks for your time.

I got burned on Temu. The item was a knock-off of a well known Chinese brand. Like a knock-off of a knock-off and was obviously of much lesser quality. However, I have had great experience with Aliexpress. And, indeed, many of the products are the same for about 1/3rd the cost. I always look for sellers that have a lot of history, reviews and/or are choice sellers. Keep in mind that sending the item back to China for a refund is not really a cost effective option....

TEMU redefines the way of making shit even cheaper. If I am being a Cheap Charlie, I will hit up Amazon just because of the favorable return policies. I have even done AliExpress and been pleasantly surprised also but there is still risk there if you have an issue.

Just make sure you use a credit card with buyer protection and you'll be fine.

Buyer beware. Been burned twice on it. Like someone else said. Chinese knock off of a Chinese knock. Cheap shit that is even cheaper.

Being Cheapskate Charlie has its left and right limits. If your spending money to save money and get burned ......it's a wash.

So like all decisions as a adults......proceed with caution.

The Temu philosophy really does adhere to the saying, You get what you pay for. If you’re okay with really crappy quality products, then by all means go for it. I bought a $13 toy grade kite from them, and it served its purpose as a one time use kite.

Wow - you must be reading my email. I just made my first Temu purchase a few days ago. All supposed to be here by end of the week. Mostly just cheap trinkets like colored overlays and such. But I did splurge for a set of "leather" seat covers. That's the one item I'm expecting to be the riskiest (as far as fit and quality goes). But for the money, I rolled the dice.

Will report back in a few days.

I stay away from anything TEMU related. Amazon's my best buddy, and search products on the web that are sold in the states.

I haven't seen this on Quadratec. Not sure what it is.

A musician friend of mine bought a "Les Paul" off TEMU. I've seen many many fake Gibsons from China...we call them "Chibsons". Some of them are actually quite good. Some are trainwrecks.

I've never seen one specifically from TEMU though, and I must say this particular one my buddy got isn't that bad. It's about on par with an Epiphone or any other Asian made budget guitar. The only problem with it is that it's a counterfeit. It does say "Gibson" on it while not being an actual Gibson. Otherwise it's not bad for 200 bucks. The guitar far exceeds it's price point.

I always thought Temu was a joke or something. Never knew anyone that actually used them. Recently a reputable off road builder and fabricator did a show where he used Temu parts for a budget upgrade. They weren’t great, but worked. Colt Builds it on YT. About a month ago.
