My only hang up is losing the factory fog lights, looking into lights that directly plug into the factory harness.
I’m with you. I want a happy medium between high clearance and room for fogs and offroad lights.

I just ordered the next venture aluminum adventure series today. I can’t believe I’m retiring my diy custom modular warn bumper, but it’s pretty beat up, and I need to shed some weight. But it’ll be a bit before I get the new one.

It’ll be pretty similar to this picture from their site.

Tyree and Nacho both make a cross compatible fog. As far as where to put it you could do a number of things. It would be about a 15 minute task to mount them to the frame plates that drop down (the thing the factory skid attaches to or there several spots along the bumper skin itself you could drop a hole, top or bottom.
I put 3 sets of holes on the top of mine in anticipation of more lights than I currently have mounted

I had that bumper on my jeep before. No offense but its imported cheap stamped steel and comparatively junk. It split apart the first time I hit it on a rock . Its also anything but high clearance.

The Arcus, or the Venator? I can't comment on the Arcus. No issues with the Venator.

The venator is the one I had but they share a winch tray and same concept. When I go back to the office next week ill see if I can find the pics of the destruction on my old ipad

What winch will you run behind the bumper? I have the Warn Zeon 10-S, and let’s just say it’s a tight fit.

You’ll need both the PDF and the video to install the bumper.

My Zeon 12s Platinum. I expect it to be tight. But they designed the bumper for the Zeon 12. My plan was to install the bumper without the winch, then lower the winch into it and bolt it from below, then install the skid plate. Is that what you did? That’s what I did with my existing sunken winch bumper and it works.

I only have pictures of my current bumper. I’m proud of how I modified it, but it’s seen some things on the trails, and it’s no longer worth the time to repair and redo it. If it didn’t currently weigh 110lbs, I’d do it. But after all the steel I added to make it modular, it’s too heavy.

Rival stamped steel bumper.

I like the look, beefier than the stock plastic bumper 🤣, most importantly though is the winch plate for future upgrades.
