Iām with you. I want a happy medium between high clearance and room for fogs and offroad lights. My only hang up is losing the factory fog lights, looking into lights that directly plug into the factory harness.
Check out the Rugged Ridge Arcus. I have the full length RR Venator, and love it. Very nice quality! My only hang up is losing the factory fog lights, looking into lights that directly plug into the factory harness.

Tyree and Nacho both make a cross compatible fog. As far as where to put it you could do a number of things. It would be about a 15 minute task to mount them to the frame plates that drop down (the thing the factory skid attaches to or there several spots along the bumper skin itself you could drop a hole, top or bottom. My only hang up is losing the factory fog lights, looking into lights that directly plug into the factory harness.
The Arcus, or the Venator? I can't comment on the Arcus. No issues with the Venator.I had that bumper on my jeep before. No offense but its imported cheap stamped steel and comparatively junk. It split apart the first time I hit it on a rock . Its also anything but high clearance.

The venator is the one I had but they share a winch tray and same concept. When I go back to the office next week ill see if I can find the pics of the destruction on my old ipadThe Arcus, or the Venator? I can't comment on the Arcus. No issues with the Venator.
What winch will you run behind the bumper? I have the Warn Zeon 10-S, and letās just say itās a tight fit.I just ordered the next venture aluminum adventure series today. I canāt believe Iām retiring my diy custom modular warn bumper, but itās pretty beat up, and I need to shed some weight. But itāll be a bit before I get the new one.
Itāll be pretty similar to this picture from their site.

My Zeon 12s Platinum. I expect it to be tight. But they designed the bumper for the Zeon 12. My plan was to install the bumper without the winch, then lower the winch into it and bolt it from below, then install the skid plate. Is that what you did? Thatās what I did with my existing sunken winch bumper and it works. What winch will you run behind the bumper? I have the Warn Zeon 10-S, and letās just say itās a tight fit.
Youāll need both the PDF and the video to install the bumper.

Haha⦠only picture I have is of the bumper I removed so I can get rid of it!Pictures of yours? I bet itās amazing.
I only have pictures of my current bumper. Iām proud of how I modified it, but itās seen some things on the trails, and itās no longer worth the time to repair and redo it. If it didnāt currently weigh 110lbs, Iād do it. But after all the steel I added to make it modular, itās too heavy.ā¦and the truck is 4 hours away at the moment.
I know, I know, pictures or it didnāt happen![]()
