Ralph: were you able to re-use your original Mojave skid plate?

Yes. But like all others who have used the Mopar Rubicon steel bumper or one of the knock-offs that are available on the internet, I had to trim about 1/4 of an inch off the skid plate to get it to fit properly. Some people trim the bumper a bit, others the skid plate. I just hit it with a silver self-priming spray paint where I trimmed it and it looks perfect.

No cooling issues. Full width is 99lbs. The stubby is 86lbs. Not a featherweight by aluminum bumper standards but it's incredibly beefy where it matters and fitment is spot on. I used this stubby install video to prep before it arrived, at :39 you can see the final step where the bumper itself is wrapped around the winch plate. Surely not a unique design but it all comes together nicely. No bashed knuckles, yelling, grinding or fixing half-a$$ work.

Bought it from Extreme Terrain while it was on sale, 595.99 + 25.00 "handling charge" plus tax. Received it in 3 days. I went with this because of the weight and the bumper not having the sensor holes that the ebay bumper has.

Nice. I just picked it up today from them for 390 OTD for a open box one. Has some chips and scratches that Ill have to paint but for half the price of a perfect one I'll take it. Hope all the hardware and stuff is in the box.
