I wash the Gladiator, the Fiesta, the GT4, the Cayman T, my dad's RAM, and my mom's Odyssey.

The Gladiator is a product test vehicle for detailing. Currently has some AMMO NYC products on it. Next time I decon the truck, I'll move to 303 Graphene.

I love detailing cars and testing products. The Gladiator has quirks when hand washing for sure. Despite being a brick it has a surprising number of areas that I feel require extra attention.
What did you think of the 303 graphene? It doesnt feel very slick when applied, but it seems to last pretty well. I haven't reapplied and its been on 6 months. Still sheets water pretty well.

If the paint is prepped properly, I like it. Application is easy and removal is extremely easy. Much easier than a coating. 303 Graphene specifically says you can apply it over other products, it doesn't have to be virgin paint. I've done this twice and both times I was disappointed. On paint that has been deconned properly, it performs much better.

Graphene products, on the whole, have a lot of hype. I was looking for something to apply one or two times per year that has the hydrophobic properties of a nano coating. I have GTechniq on the Fiesta, GT4, Cayman T, and Odyssey. I love it for the ease of washing and blowing it dry.

It's not as slick, but I typically top with BeadMaker, which is crazy slick.

Yeah, I started with virgin paint.. clay bar, then corrected with one step, then the 303 graphene.. durability is fine, but dust sticks to it like crazy and won't rinse off.. Who makes beadmaker? Not familiar with that one.

Honestly, donā€˜t get the idea behind washing this thing except underbody after winter to get the salt away.
washing the car feels a bit like adding a front spoiler for better aerodynamics.
itā€˜s like putting lipstick on a pig for aesthetic reasons….

That's crazy!
Reminds me of 20 years ago, we were in central Pa. and could smell the forest fires in Canada.

Well, personally I enjoy taking care of a $60000+ vehicle.
Never washing it would lead me to believe you don’t take care of your possessions.

Is this not the Cosmetic Protection, Maintenance, and Repair sub forum? Some people like clean vehicles and just generally caring for them.
