Deep breaths. Prior to purchasing my 2020 JTR, I had driven a Ford Ranger (340,000+ miles) and two Tacomas (220,000 before the frame rusted out on Taco 1 and 150,000 before trading in Taco 2). More reliable and hassle free vehicles are hard to imagine. Only time will tell if my Jeep will exhibit similar, repair-free longevity. So far, it’s the most smiles per mile, most capable and most fun to modify and personalize vehicle I have owned.
My unsolicited advice to you: Stay off this forum unless you plan on draining your bank account with nearly infinite modifications And upgrades. And, get a Besttop Sunrider installed ASAP.
Welcome to the jungle, good luck, have fun.
I think the term is spend therapy. You’ll get plenty of that. I have catalogs and have planned my purchases and my gladiator hasn’t been delivered yet.
Therapy, na that's over rated after getting a JT or Wrangler.... I was looking through files on my old thumb drive and came across the paperwork on the vehicle I started to buy before my JT.... ? a Jeep Renegade. I'd still be in therapy if had. FYI that was before the Gladiator was announced to be out.
