Great video, and he´s got some good insight, but this guy ain´t Nostradamus. He owns a shop, and he´d love to replace shocks every time you come in, even at 30,000 miles.

He claims every Gladiator frame is failing because of towing and that´s just not true.

Yep, and let's be honest, how many Gladiator owners are actually even towing with these things? I'd easily make a bet that it's under 10%, maybe even 5%.

I agree with you, lets also define towing, i use my utility trailer on occasion for a dump run but that’s like 800lbs max including the trailer.

I find real towing at least 50% of the capability and up.

It isnt often I tow either. But when I do its my pop up camper and or a 800-1000 pound payload . Towing to me is anything that actually works the truck like 3000-5500#'s mine is supposed to tow 7000 but I aint never done nor will I ever try. I didnt buy it for anything seriously heavy towing.
If ya want or need that go get a Ram Diesel ¾ ton.

Jeep tows, Jeep get's wheeled, jeep sees 4-5k rpm every time it leaves the driveway.

Jeep has 64k on it, has had 6 oil changes, will get a set of tires before winter. That's it.

I don't expect to be replacing any parts for at least another 64k.

I towed a Uhaul from San Diego to Kayenta, AZ and back. I averaged about 10 mpg FFS and it killed my rear axle position sensor, which took about 7 months for Jeep to get the part. Everything still worked but teh Jeep was telling me the rear was trying to lock. Fun stuff! Next time it fails i'm just getting teh Bypass cables

I'm right near the mileage where the oil cooler failed on my last one, and I have a 14k left on my extended warranty

I'd really like to get that done under warranty, so I'm almost hoping for it to fail lol

i tow my GeoPro 29' thats approx 4k loaded w/o issue. Equilizing hitch used, it does fine. Manual shifting, diesel, 4.10 gears, 35" tires. It just goes

I have done 30 oil changes on mine and 60 filter changes .

I should have added that is 154,000 miles changing every 5000 miles.
