Just to be clear Gupton has not tried to make me go away they contacted the area manager when they thought it should be covered, tried to do it under a goodwill cause, and were denied on all fronts to the point where their hands were tied. They then offered to put me in touch with the Jeep care people to try and get it worked out. Its Jeepcares and Chrysler Corp that is giving me the run around right nowFrankly I'd not want them working on it anyway if they are trying that hard to make the customer go away or pay extra. It's sounding more like one of those times where a shop will make it so difficult that a customer leaves - because they don't know how or don't want to work on a diesel engine.
