I have been having the same exact same problem. only 1 wheel consistently. I am trying to inquire with a a company that makes TPMS repeaters/signal booster for trailers to see if it would be a good supplement, I think the signals are way too weak.
that interesting. What wheels did you go with? makes me wonder what it is about aftermarket wheels that would loose signal strength.

I went with fuel wheels they look awesome on my blue Mojave - but when you order/buy them there is no indication there is going to be a problem until they are installed- at which point- it is too late

Hey guys, having a little issue. Went to Discount tire, swapped my stocks for aftermarket wheel/tire, transferred the TPMS sensors from my original tires. Since then TPMS not working on the dash. Drove over the weekend, tried slow, tried freeway speeds over 15 min stretches. Nothing, since unavailable. Stopped by Discount tire yesterday again, asked them to initiate the sensors with their scanner, again tried driving, still nothing.

Any suggestions? I figured going with my OEM TPMS that came off was the safe bet, I guess not.

Did you get this figured out?

I've always had good luck with Discount standing by their work; the few times there has been a mistake they've fixed it without question. I'd just take it back and tell them you don't have TPMS since the tire swap and let them figure it out. They might need to unmount a tire to take a look; I've had a tech clip a sensor with the tire changing machine and break it.

thanks. I ended up going back and swapping to all new sensors. Somehow all of my old sensors where dead. Have zero explanation on how that can happen. But new sensors were working within a few miles.

That is random, the sensors should last about 8 years.

I have had a difficult time finding much information about TPMS on these vehicles. Most people have a problem, complain about it online, them never come back to tell us the fix. Maybe some of them never got it fixed. I replaced my wheels and tires and decided I wanted to hold onto the stocks (intact) so that I could swap them back on if needed. I purchased what I thought was OEM TPMS sensors from @extremeterrain for about $30 each. When I received them, I was surprised that they were not OEM, and that they were some off-brand called PDQ TPMS. I installed them into my new tires and set first the vehicle must have been reading the old sensors. After about 20 miles, the flashing TPMS light came on the screen, and I got a message that the pressure was unavailable and to service tire pressure system. I took it to a tire shop. They scanned all four sensors and verified they were there, but could not seem to program them. I proceeded to drive about 600 miles over the weekend, as we had a trip to the mountains planned. The TPMS are still not reading properly, and @extremeterrain says they will refund my money after I send them back. Easier said than done. I have ordered 5 TPMS sensors from a local Jeep dealer, and they will be here tomorrow. They were only $34 each, so make sure you buy OEM and not the aftermarket sensors that could have issues.

In my situation, OEM completely died. So I swapped to sensors I got on amazon, which worked on the way home from the tire shop without issues.

I did the same as you. I just bought the sensors from Discount when I got the tires. They made sure the ones they sold me worked. They originally couldn't get one to read and had to replace it. I had no issues since they supplied the sensors.

These TPMS sensors are just garbage, I keep having one for some reason, did not work.
I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure out why the passenger rear was flat bar as well. Today driving down the road, hit a bump in the orad. Now the passenger rear works, only for the driver front now Flat bar.
