The problem is that most people will kill joint ends over time, and just loosen their steering. We won’t find many broken track bars in the failure list. Since bad rod ends don’t photograph well, there won’t be many threads. The stock stuff is inadequate for anything outside of stock tires if it goes off road. Totally agree with you @WILDHOBO

Absolutely. Steering should come before or as part of a lift.Exactly, my Rock Jock tierods and bar 2 ton in strength and solid forged track bar is the kinda stuff you need OP.
I sure hope as @ShadowsPapa pointed out DONT BE FOOLED. The problem is still there and those bump steer shocks from fox are a cover up. Its like a cardboard box holding back a wolf. When the real problem breaks through it may result in a serious situation. Go through every part of that steering system and get some better heavier stuff on there.
Thats why I hate pucks and big tire set ups.Absolutely. Steering should come before or as part of a lift.
Me too.Thats why I hate pucks and big tire set ups.. Frigging dangerous. As some call them base or cheap lifts just aren't worth it.
One of the posts confirmed that was a mistake. It’s a 2” mopar lift.Page four and we STILL don’t have pictures of said vehicle with 6” lift and 33s. If you have a 6” lift, I’m 1000000% sure your DW is caused by insanely horrible amounts of caster or an imbalanced tire.
A lot of other details missing, though............One of the posts confirmed that was a mistake. It’s a 2” mopar lift.
Well if that’s the case, I have a $50 dollar trackbar for the OP that doesn’t have RC written on itOne of the posts confirmed that was a mistake. It’s a 2” mopar lift.
That Mopar lift is not a serious lift either. One of the posts confirmed that was a mistake. It’s a 2” mopar lift.
Yep. Rough country makes hot garbage. Oem might be safer.Well if that’s the case, I have a $50 dollar trackbar for the OP that doesn’t have RC written on it![]()
It is, but they were wheeling it heavily it sounds like. The mopar 2” is, in my opinion, a lift for the grocery store and forest roads. That Mopar lift is not a serious lift either.
Edit : its a mild set up
Mine might actually be an old Teraflex, I honestly don’t remember. It’s definitely not RC though. Oceanside is like 70 minutes awayYep. Rough country makes hot garbage. Oem might be safer.
Yes and Double yesIt is, but they were wheeling it heavily it sounds like. The mopar 2” is, in my opinion, a lift for the grocery store and forest roads.
