Not proud of this but glad I did it anyway. I traded in my 2 month old Anvil Gladiator Nighthawk for a new 2024 Mojave. Just for background, I usually keep my vehicles for a while. My previous daily driver was a 2016 Grand Cherokee which I owned for 8 years. After purchasing the Nighthawk in November I bought a set of black Mojave rims, Rubicon/Mojave front springs (the 2024's both use part number 68607512AB for the non steel bumper trucks), and a set of Fox 2.0 shocks. I was going to install all this after I purchased a set of tires for the 17" Mojave rims. So clearly I caught the parts/upgrade bug very quickly!

Then came the 20% rebates on the Rubicon and Mojave's and I was able to get a great deal like so many others on the 2024 Mojave. I was able to get within 2k of the price I paid on the Nighthawk for the trade so I lost that and the sales tax paid on it of course. Not a night and day difference between the 2 trucks. The Mojave is noticeably taller and rides slightly better but not by much. The seats are slightly more comfortable also. The features I missed but rationalized I didn't need in the Nighthawk because of the nice deal I got on it were the remote start, heated seats, and climate control. The Nighthawk was great and I'm really enjoying the Mojave. So anyway, I think this is it for a few years for me in terms of buying new trucks! I will be selling the new parts I bought on FB Marketplace...

Awesome! I’m currently trying to upgrade my 2022 Willy’s for a 2024 Rubicon. Same thing can’t beat the price. I’m going to take a hit a little and be a little upside down but I think in the long run it will be worth it since I won’t be trading it in. It will stay with me till it can’t go anymore. Our logic and reasoning I swear lol

Congrats, that Anvil color looked sweet.
The Anvil Nighthawk was sweet! They had an Anvil Mojave as well but I liked the Silver with Orange accents better in person.

Welcome to the club. I traded my “old” Mojave for a new ‘24. Couldn’t be happier. Don’t look back, enjoy what many people think is the nicest riding Jeep of all. I’m happy with how the old one performed for a few years in Colorado and Utah. Rode it hard. The deals on the new ones were too good to pass up. Awesome trade allowance, and dealer incentive too. I kept the softopper and rack, and I really liked the wheels on the 21 better than the 24, so I just had the dealer put some 35’s on them and put them on the new truck. It is an addiction

Nice JTM; it’s a great package for some spirited driving in those rougher conditions; 4hi with Off-road+ for the win. I would try some of those backroads at about 10mph to 15mph faster than you did with that Nighthawk; also try with a few hundred pounds of weight in the far back of the bed. Cheers!!!

The remote start is nice occasionally, but you are going to LOVE the heated seats!!!!

Stormtroopin - Are you using the Start-X remote start? How do you like it?
I’m really enjoying it, I’ve had it for a year now and have had no issues. Install was a breeze the longest part was the computer stuff and it only took 10/15 minutes. The rest if the install was a simple 5 minute hook up this to that process. I recommend it to some of the other gladiator owners I go out with on the trails and they all love it.
