Tried to order my build after build and price - dealer said not possible

First off, Gobi and Gator are no longer available to special order?

Second, tried to order Sport S with Max Tow and was told I have to get the convenience package and popular equipment package?
In the build and price tool, I was able to build how I wanted.

Any ideas?

If your on the Jeep site, the builds are for 2020 models which closed a few weeks ago and 2021's are available, but not on the web site yet.

Yes, all indications on this board are that Gobi and Gator are not available for 2021 (same with Punk'n).

From what I see Max Tow does not require AEH or ADC. However, you could have triggered AEH (and included ADC) by your choice of other options.

Well if that is all you added, then I do not see why. According to the Jul 1 order guide Max Tow pkg (AJQ) Does not require other packages.

Edit: Think I figured it. Technology group (AAN) is required on Sport S, which requires ADC - Conveinience group and looks like that is how AEH -Popular equipment group is getting triggered.
