Trouble using Jeep App IT NEVER WORKS

Anyone else have this problem? It never lets me start my car lock doors or even honk the horn. I get this stupid error and none of them are valid

Has it ever worked? The dealer should have had it setup and working before you drove away.

Not sure what u mean by cellular equipped head unit but yes it’s worked but long while ago and active guardian membership yes

The Remote Features work through the cellular phone network. They require a head unit equipped with a cellular modem. The most common is the 8.4 Uconnect. It also requires a active SiriusXM Guardian subscription. The first year is free, but then you have to pay for it to work. Call the SiriusXM Guardian group and see if they can provide any help. You many need to take it to a dealer to get it working.

Well. It would be crazy for jeep to return a message. Feature not available as X subscription is expired. The app service list isn't clear to me either. But it does appear you must have the active wifi hotspot subscription. Likely that is what expired for you.

I actually just got an email saying my WiFi will auto renew in 10 days. So super confused overall

Next time you are in the jeep. Test the over air firmware update. Does it report any errors?

My problem with the Jeep App is when I got to the "maintenance" section to update my oil changes and shit. Took me 2 weeks to get the App to take my input for an alignment

On my Jeep App with my 2022 Rubicon, the features would become unavailable after the Guardian subscription went inactive. OP's showing an error is another issue.

No mine works flawlessly even the accompanying watch app.. i am using it on an android phone and watch
