So, should totally see dozens of them on the road any day now judging from all the "I'd buy a 2 door today" comments I see incessantly.

It’s affordable if you’ve paid your first one off already. Hmmm maybe if I sell the kids……. Then I wouldn’t need the back seat and I could afford another truck!!!! :idea::bandit:

You're thinking of the very bare bones Hilux Champ.

This is more like a Land Cruiser 70 Series. Which is Best Land Cruiser, which I have on good account is mostly because they don't sell them in the US.

You make me not want to fly to Orlando tomorrow to buy a 4 door Gladiator and hold tight for the upcoming 2-door utility bed equipped Gladiator 70 Series with a fire breathing Hellephant V8 we all know Stellantis is itching to bring us. Thanks for saving me the hassle!

I would love to see it with the camper package but I do like the flatbed!
I’d just mount a removable roof top tent to the flat bed, way lower than the cab. Just off the flatbed.

Acela does crazy builds of HD military trucks here in Bozeman, super spendy but I've crawled around on some of their builds and there's a lot of attention to detail. Hard to tell if they're remans or not when Acela is done.

Curious what they are doing to the JT platform to get certified at a higher payload. Although that reduced curb weight is probably much of it.

I've contemplated swapping my OEM bed for a SET Overland 6x6' bed and doing another OVRLND camper built for the flatbed. Not sure if I'd go for an extended cab to keep the overall length down or not, the very usable JT backseat is one of my favorite parts.

For me, I'd prefer a longer fleetside bed instead of a utility bed. That looks like it should be tugging crap around an airport or something.

I have zero use for a utility bed or a headache rack. I live in a subdivision, not on a farm. Although I would prefer the farm...

But I DO like the mods made !!
