I am not sure where to get just the pin connector, but you could buy these and de-pin and reuse with the harness included with the headlights:

Fyi .. if anybody only has the three wires and is looking to add the fourth, the Mopar kit to do so is 68347117AB. Basically, its a short harness that you route through the firewall on the passenger side, push in pins 5 & 7 on BCM Connector C1 and then you have the two lengths of wire to reach the two headlight harnesses to add those two pins.

I have one of these that I didn’t need to use if anyone wants it (for a small price, of course)

I followed this and it worked great. If you buy the Molex MX150 two wire connectors for your Halo wire and your ground you end up with a nice clean setup.

good idea. Looks like a cheaper option than trying to just by the pins.
