SO, I've got a small wobble that I've been fighting to find and eliminate. I've road force balanced all four tires. Found one rim that was out of round and had a place fix it. So now, I've eliminated the tire/wheels as a source. The alignment seems to be ok and the tires aren't getting weird wear patterns. They were installed new this summer. The only play I've found is here (video)
The track bar seems to flex more than I expected.

Thoughts?

At the very least, it seems to be too much play in a ball joint. It looks like it's mostly vertical movement but there could also be horizontal movement my eye is not picking up. Either the top or the bottom of the liner is likely wearing/worn away, assuming the nut is torque down correctly and hasn't come loose for any reason (hard to tell from watching). I would definitely replace it regardless of whether it's causing your wobble.

It's got both vertical and horizontal movement. You can feel the joint is cup shaped because the joint comes down in the center and sucks back up as it moves to the sides. Total movement is maybe 1/8th inch

It's toast. Replace it. It's only going to get worse.

Sooooo, what you're saying is it's time for an upgrade?
Yep. I had less movement than what you had. The tie rod end on the pitman arm had a bit of movement. Plus it squeaked. Had a constate wiggle in the steering wheel. Replaced the drag link and tie rod with Core 4x4 parts. They use Apex ends. It's been solid since.

My DL was worse on the other end so I replaced with a Currie DL . Now I just need the energy to install the rest of Currie"s high steer kit sitting in the garage .

I've been eyeing the CavFab 2.5 ton steering kit. It also supports the narrow Sport axles. Most of the others are for the Rubi width.
