Clean the leaves out of the front cowl area, also take a look at the cabin air filter. Make sure all that area is free of leaves/trash. Something is blocking the rain/water drain holes.

I can see water stains on the side of the seat so some water must be coming from up above there. I’d check the rubber seals on the top of the freedom panel on the passenger side. I know mine leaked a bit when the rubber seals got Dirty. I cleaned them with a damp rag and it stopped.

I believe there was a potential leak point at the top, front corner of the door / A pillar on 2020s. And there was a fix dealers could do to add some rubber prices. If that is your issue, maybe you can buy those and install yourself.
Maybe have someone else use a garden hose to target certain areas while you’re inside looking for the leak.

I treat my freedom top rubber seals with Gummy Pflege seasonally - keeps them clean and flexible: https://a.co/5AXHwnu

Was that not for water running down when the doors are opened?
Seems like a different issue here.

I would also suggest checking freedom panels, all the seals, cleaning and using some rubber care product on all of them

In the South we have Peter Pauli and ORZ... they can fix almost anything on the imports. Worth talking to I reckon.
But up near you there is the Ram Truck Ranch (Auto Stamm) and they do have contact with ORZ. You can try giving them a call.
According to their 2020 video they do have a line on Gladiators
