Sorry a loaner for an oil change is silly.

I'm making an appointment for warranty work and they have to "diagnose" it before they fix it.
It may be silly but that’s what Jeep Wave is promising. For the cost of the Uber and the hassle of leaving it there all day I could’ve done it myself at home.

@JeepCares is useless

I've done all of my oil changes since new because it better fits my schedule and I know it's done right. Takes me like 20 minutes max.

I live in a time is money domain. 20 mins vs several hours.........do your ROI and go from there

Hello Jeep fans!

We are looking for feedback on what features/options/colors/additions/etc. you would like to see in your Jeeps.
Please leave a comment below on anything you'd like to share. Keep in mind, this might not appear anytime soon but we want to know what our owners are looking for to make the ownership experience more enjoyable.

Thank you!

A standard 1500-watt 120VAC power supply in the truck bed. It would be great for camping and tools.

Probably already stated, but....
Better manual gearing. Stop chasing MPG and focus on making a good product. Also, when are you going to fix the existing?
Make a back window that doesn't leak. Seriously unacceptable and should be a recall.
ESS should have an option to disable for good, not having to use a 3rd party product.
Manual option for the diesel.
V8 with an option for a manual.
There are many positives about the truck, so don't think I'm being negative, just pointing out things that Jeep should make good on.

ce, step out of the conversation, pls - or make an effort to gain some basic understanding of physics, chemistry and math.

A /the hot tip: the same science that keeps your ar$e safe in a plane, makes combustion happen in your engine and rules every aspect of the medical sciences also underpins climate science. It’s actually not rocket science.

Stelantis & every automaker along with your epa and gov admin are doing what they’re doing because they’re full of bright cookies who know that’s it’s not a joke.

Jeepcares: continue your mission to create modern powertrains with improved mpg(fuel consumption).Make certain is is reliable and proven tech so’s not to condemn it before it’s got a chance.

Im deeply imbedded within a global hydrocarbons player. I have been for 27yrs. Climate science is not a joke.

the message should NOT be “for god’s sakes give us a 392”.

I was going to respond.. but nah it's just not worth it.

I know all about the science. I deal with it in my job every single day. Much of the science is flawed by poor scientific processes. Much of modern science isn't even 'science' as it doesn't follow the basic rules of scientific theory in the first place.

And my comment hits the mark perfectly. I was not going down the road to discuss why laws and policies are what they are. That is a debate on a topic we can't have here. But the simple fact is, these laws and policies are what restrict auto makers from doing what people want. Weather those laws and policies are right or wrong is not a topic of discussion and not the point of my post. The SOLE point of the post is there are restrictions placed on auto manufacturers because of these laws. Simple as that.

Now because I dont want to get banned like others in the past, I will not discuss what is right vs wrong. Have a nice day.

As an aside... I've seen the pictures of glaciers in GNP over the past century. How they've shrunk. So the evidence is glaciers shrink over time.

The Earth moves at such a different scale most people can't fathom it.

True. The only glacier I have been in GNP - it is SO darn busy there, is grenelle. I think it was 2019 when I was there last... And seeing some photos last summer from a friend it has shrunk since then. But mostly because the last few years we haven't received the normal amount of snow.

Meanwhile glaciers in...Mmm Mt. Rainier or Mt Hood I can't remember, they are increasing in size and quantity. It's interesting to hear from my parents how the coast is now acting more like it did when I was a kid - lots of snow, good winters. But over the last 20 years before I left it was warmer than it is now. So as an adult I had all these great memories of crazy thunder storms, and 2-3 feet of snow in the lowlands, that I never got to experience when I was old enough to have the fun to drive in it - and had to just go to the mountains. They have had some really cold weather going on this year too.

Years ago in college I did a cool research project that had an unexpected outcome. I was studying the Boreal zone and north, and how assisted migration might help prevent certain species of trees from going away, which in turn would help a variety of mammals. Of course most of the studies I read were from Canada which actually has a really cool research station or two for forested lands. Anyway, the sort of it is it was found that, as temperatures rise, and the permafrost melts more, it is pushing a lot of extra over-ground water through streams and land, and it is causing a unexpected speedy erosion of the rock. Well if you don't know much of northern Canada, under the permafrost by only a few feet (according to these research articles, which are peer reviewed by the way) is bedrock. So the unusually high amount of water flow is causing the bedrock to erode quicker, which is pushing massive amounts of nutrients into the surrounding soil that does exist. This is bringing about the ability for trees to grow in areas that it previously did not because there was not enough nutrients in the soil to support tree growth. What an awesome design. So the conclusion of these studies I came to was there likely wont be a massive need for assisted migration as previously thought. It will be needed on some level probably but not on like a continent wide level like a lot of people fear. It was really cool to put all those pieces together. I think there were around 2 dozen articles I had to read to get that far ha.

@JeepCares

Another cool idea with all the theft issues. What about an integrated front, rear, and internal dash/security camera option? I see Toyota just made something like this as an option on the Tacoma. Seems like with theft issues this would be a really good idea and might help cut down on insurance costs for a lot of people too!

And if the aux battery is here to stay, make it larger and run the dash cam off of that so it doesn't drain the main battery when sitting at an airport for a couple days.

Figure out how to stop it from dripping water on your leg when you open the door and the roof is wet.

Either reduce the price or add more power.

Sorry..
This also misses the far bigger point my friend.

…your epa and government are doing exactly the right thing and all humans should be thankful. Be proud of them.

Climate, and the role that CO2 plays in warming the planet, is not a political issue. It’s a scientific matter.

If anyone here doubts climate science, step out of the conversation, pls - or make an effort to gain some basic understanding of physics, chemistry and math.

the message should NOT be “for god’s sakes give us a 392”.

The message must be “for god’s sakes give us a genuine alternative to the 392, one that makes similar power and torque with significantly reduced fuel consumption”.

I6 PHEV without loss of payload and without a stupid price penalty in a barebones, no frills, HD spec, as has been requested previously in this thread in great detail.
