Anyone have any idea what this clicking sound is ?

EDIT: seems like it’s coming from the exhaust ?

Record a vid with hood open.
do you have a diesel?
my brain says lifter tick. Hard to diagnose this way. I’m just a shade tree mechanic and have never worked on a jeep.
pop the hood and look around, maybe something is loose and rattling and just moving with engine vibration.

so I dove the truck around for a minute, I think I found the sound. It’s a littler quieter, maybe because it warmed up, but it sounds like it’s coming from the exhaust.

I had a weird sound in my cherokee, it would ring like a bell on start then just go away. turns out an exhaust clamp was loose lol.
its odd that it seems to happen every 4-5 seconds. I honestly dont know man, wish i could help. if you dont get a good answer here it Might be worth calling the dealer, or texting the service tech this video. could be an easy DIY fix. if you are under warranty i'd just drive it. if you get stuck your warranty will get it fixed, most will provide a rental til it is fixed. ive been stuck before my insurance(USAA) even covered a hotel for the night.

I hear a irregular click sound. Does sound like a heated metal expansion noise. Good luck chasing it down. Generally few have reported if any of the block to exhaust manifold mating point. I think it is going to be downstream with either a shield or metal clamp point.

Someone else had the same noise. Turned out to be a flapper valve in the exhaust that had worn. There's a thread on it somewhere.
