9/21 build, 1700 miles. Plenty of threads on aux batteries failing, ESS etc but this one was odd...

I got in...pressed brake pedal and hit button. Cluster lit up, tach swung to 7k and back ... normal start sequence.....but no turnover. No sounds, codes. Nothing. Hit button again....tach swung....nothing again. Sat there for 30 seconds like wtf time to call a tow. Pressed button....truck started with a full power healthy crank and I was on my way. Started multiple times after that.

What? Stumped.

So, did you ever figure this one out? I just had an episode that it won't crank at all. Upon 3rd or 4th try, it started it up.

Now I have P1E0C code.

Do I need SG bypass to clear OBD code?

You shouldn't need a bypass cable just to clear the code.

Well, I checked my battery voltage and it was 12.9v running and wasn't changing with RPM.

It set engine code with "fuel level" related code and two others in the transmission. Deleted the set code with security gate installed. I could not delete the code without it.

My hope is hard reset with battery disconnect and charging the battery on a legit charger would bring things back to normal. Currently has 1300 miles since November. I wonder how dealer keeps their vehicle battery in check.
