I’ve owned my HA Gladiator for about six months and have found an endless number of things I’d do to my Jeep. But…it’s challenging to prioritize while not having my wife side eye me when UPS pulls in the driveway! Lol. Figured others might find This helpful too so I’ll start it off…

Appearance = 2.5” leveling kit front, 3/4” rear
Comfort = 1.75” Teraflex wheel spacers. It feels more planted while turning
Bang for the buck = Tinted front windows
Usability = MOPAR trailer brake controller

What’s worked out well for you?

I've had my Sport + Oscar Mike for the same amount of time and have similar questions. My wife is short, so I put side steps to address her being able to get in and out comfortably, and unfortunately lift mods are out. I was thinking appearance - front Bull bar; and comfort - seat tilt kit.

The big boy seat extension mod by far. I gained an extra 2.5" in legroom for free. Huge improvement in comfort.
Hadn’t heard of it, I’ll look into that one for sure! Thanks!!

I think best standard mods are lift and big tires. But to do it right, it will also requires other supporting mods.
Got my HA with 4000 miles on it and 36” tires but went back to stock. I think those still look pretty good but do miss the extra rubber. I put a lot of miles on for work and wanted to keep it closer to 20 mpg. They’ll be put back on when it ages out of my work car and becomes my weekend toy for sure.

Stock axles but trussed and gusseted. Weak point on these axles is the fad so truss and gussets is a worthwhile upgrade even for smaller tires.

The only worry I have now is the axle shafts, but these are light 39s with my total wheel package in same realm as nitto 37s on rhino wheels. Basically just dont be a dumbass with the skinny pedal and it should be good for the most part. I also don't want to upgrade to chromoly, I'd rather the axle shaft go than my diff.

Looked at your rig via the profile pic. Looks great. I’m tossing around a rubicon steal front bumper with a winch. Much like yours but new to look into the skid plate under it. Wondering if it will do the same thing for air flow that the plastic air dam does. Would prefer not to drop another 2 MPG on the HWY.

I actually have a stubby DV8 bumper with a winch that I took off our JK our son drives. Might just try that first. The extra weight in the front might take a little of the bounce out of the front. We shall see…
