I added 4 aluminum L brackets to my Diamondback HD. Now it bolts to my trail rail. I don’t think it’s going to migrate at all anymore.

Random question - on your oracle headlights, do you have any melting of the plastic surround right underneath the projector lens? I have the satin silver version and the sunlight is being magnified underneath the lens and melting the plastic. Oracle sent me out a replacement and the same thing happened 3 days after install

I just looked at my black housing ones and they have some melting going on too, harder to see since they are all black.

I tested out all of my skid plates on John Bull yesterday.
And I finally proved that geometry correction brackets can get hit on big rocks.

Worth fabricating/welding some skid plates??‍

Installed the extremely pricey Double Back off-road flares and RokBlox gifts I was given , I wish the RokB

lox came up higher and there was no “V” gap

Installed a rear vision camera and electronic “mirror”. Have installed a pod on the back of my Gladiator which replaces the tub so had zero visibility. Turns on with the ignition and as well as displaying the rear camera, it can also show the front facing one on the back of the unit, has wireless CarPlay, GPS, collision and lane departure warnings and acts as a DVR for both cameras.

Also added a bonnet protector. Cheap item picked up online, but fits perfect and looks good.

Gave the JT a face lift to kind of match my Willys JL and make it different than most everybody else. Bought a gloss black grill and painted the inserts to match the firecracker red. I'm happy with how it turned out.

And now I have a Jeep wall hanging for my garage.

At least those brackets are replaceable and relatively cheap, whereas the factory mount is not.
