New RR Arcus bumper and Badlands 12k winch.

Nice! I have the same bumper on my 22 Sports S and am leaning towards the Badlands winch. It looks like you re-routed the wires out of the side of the winch instead of the back like I have seen a lot of people do with this bumper-winch combination. Any other things I should be aware of?

Yes I plugged the hole in the rear and drilled a hole in the side with a rubber grommet to reroute. With this bumper the 12k Badlands winch is very tight. It sits tight against the grill and it's tight on the bumper skin. Everything does work and fits just tight. I'm not a huge fan of this bumper but I got it for a steal. It was the easiest/quickest way to get rid of the plastic bumper and add the winch. Long term I really want the AEV bumper.

Front upper link and both sets of lowers in last night.

lowers steering and tracbars today plus driveline order. Tires showing up by friday will the only thing that keeps it from rolling.

next week will be plumbing brake, fueling & steering systems & wiring up bed cover, coilover controls, lighting and prep for solar

I installed a Softopper on my Gladiator today. I love it! It feels like it’s good quality. I’m no expert, but I’ve sewn a little canvas and sailcloth on occasion, and it seems well put together to my untrained eye.

I’m still adjusting the fit. Once I get it dialed in I’ll finish up the little details (I haven’t attached the bottoms of the front or back panels yet) but I couldn’t resist going for a ride.

Plan is to pair it with a bed rack, looking for a deal on a used one I can’t pass up - until I just can‘t stand it and order a new one.
