I have some Front Runner bars and would like the gutter mounts for them, want to share which retailer helped you out?
Thanks

Lass035 is the FR part. You need one set per crossbar. I also printed some little TPU cushions for the bottom of the uprights where they interface with the drip rail, so they don’t gouge the paint. I don't like the squared off almost sharp edge of the bottom of the uprights. The wedge side of these little cushions go inboard. The instructions for the basket also call for spacers for some reason. I printed those in TPU too.

I would recommend setting the distance between the uprights on each crossbar off the truck via trial and error, test fitting it to the truck. The uprights will lean outboard and pull in as you tighten them to the crossbars if you put it together on the truck. When you pull the whole assembly off you'll notice that they are slightly wider than the drip rails and were under tension against the outside edge which you don't want. Also the part of the uprights that wraps underneath don't really grab the drip rail all that tightly. They will wobble. Once both are attached to the crossbar and tightened down, it won't wobble and will be secure.

What I did to my Gladiator today, I put a generator on it for the next hurricane that blows through SC. Probable 2050?

Hopefully you only had minimal damage. I have family and quite a few friends in SC and NC. I have checked on everyone and all is well with them. Had a scare with one person that it took me 4 days to finally get in contact with that was in the Brevard area. Thank goodness everyone was safe. I hope that you and your family are safe and well.

Sorry about your damage. I’d plan for 2025 though. It accelerates every year it seems.

I was in Florida for 19 years. I got sick of the storms.

Do those stay on well? I´ve got some cheap ones but they don´t stay on very well. If someone kicks them, they fall off. Those look great!
Yeah, they attach just like the nets do. You have to remove the door panel, drill the plastic rivets out, remove the net and frame, and then they attach in place of them using the same mounting points and push nuts. I should have taken a picture of the back before I put it back together.

Know the feeling. Lived in Charleston most of my life and dealt with them often. Rode out Hugo in '89. Wasn't a bit of fun. Took years to recover.
Yuck. That couldn’t have been fun. Lots of close near misses for us. It was emotional when the first storm hit the southeast after we left. Some relief, but still concern for family and friends still in the area. Oh well. Every geographic area has pluses and minuses. We have wildfire instead.

No not a bit of fun. Hurricane season was always stressful. I also have family and friends in FL. Family is inland enough near Cedar Key that they are fairly safe from rising water issues. My friend in Englewood was not so lucky with Helene. About 4 feet of water in the house, Total gut job. If an item wasn't on the top shelf in a closet or cabinet then it was ruined.. Their boat that was ratchet strapped to the boat lift was in a neighbors yard down the street and a different boat was in their yard on the side of their house. They are down there working on gutting the house now, This is a vacation home so luckily they were in Indiana when it happened. The important thing is they are safe. Like you said, every area has some type of risk whether is hurricane, tornado, earthquake or fire. Some are easier to escape and some not so much. I visit Chimney Rock/ Lake Lure often and now the town doesn't exist. So sad. Was planning a motorcycle trip up that way this month but with many bridges and roads washed away, that will have to wait.. Even the entire Blue Ridge Parkway is completely shut down. Going to toke years to recover. I hope all of our Jeep brothers and sisters are safe and doing well after this horrific event. Thoughts and prayers to all affected by this disaster.

On the topic of Jeeps, my girl did get a nice bath today. Now she is happy. I actually saw her smile.

It was booked in for an engine replacement, however, it didn't make it back to the dealership. It appears to have blown a head gasket (or cracked a head). This issue wasn't the reason for the engine replacement...that was due to timing chain rattle and early stages of engine tick.
The 3.6l Pentastar engine is a bad design choice for this size vehicle. It's got no bottom end grunt and has to rev too much to do the job...even with only driver in the car and no additional weight outside of the lift kit, towbar, 33" tyres and winch added by dealership.

I cannot believe that any Gladiator Rubicon 3.6 has the correct diff ratio...mine isn't even close to being able to hold 8th gear unless it's dead flat road with a tail wind at 100km/hr. Who was the knucklehead who came up with that ratio for it out of the factory? It's like the designers and engineers live in a fantasy world.

Picked it up from a fresh install of 38 falken rt01’s from discount. It’s soooo quiet driving now. And actually a pleasure but damn did they inflate these heifers 38 all the way around 😬

Looks good!
When I had DT install new wheels on my 37" Falken AT3Ws they inflated them to 38psi too!
How do you like the RT01s? Might be my next set since I've been happy with Falkens over the years
