So today I decided against family and DR'S order installed my upper and lower adjustable control arms. all went fine due to already removing and installing all but the axle side lower nuts and bolts. Well as @Rusty PW likes to refer to one freaking nut.. well you know! but all is installed, but tomorrow I'll torque everything and tighten the jam nuts. I am pretty sure every angle is where it is supposed to be. Oh and I had painted them prior to install..

Thanks Don! It turns out that it's not something that will load into my Jeep without a Tazer, Jscan, or AlfaOBD. Benny @AllMoparParts.com r came to the rescue (as he always does) and pulled the necessary sales code as XBE and my Jeep (although it has all of the equipment) won't take an XBE sales code. Now to dig through the 7,320 pages of Tazer vs. Jscan vs. AlfaOBD threads to pick one. After that I'm going to start threads on tires and oil!!!!! The dealership is talking to Jeep engineering and I'm also going to shoot @JeepCares a DM and see if they have a solution.

If you look at the 155v outlet kit thread you'll see the hilarious saga of me trying to install this thing. :CWL:

Attached is the 2025 diagram for the power outlets. Probably adds more confusion than anything else. It shows only the inverter powering what I assume is the center console with fuse F110 supply it. No switch either. I cannot find anything showing the bed outlets.

I downloaded the 2025 diagrams from TechAuthority I thought it was complete but it may still be a work in progress.

Thanks! All I'm getting is that it's a software issue. My Jeep won't take, even the MOPAR, 115v sales code update from CJD. So it'll be Jscan.

Ahhhh.............one broken bolt away from turning a 3 hr job into a 3 day shit show.
Picked up 4 new bolts and nuts to replace all front upper control arm hardware. $70 for just 4 bolts and nuts. And that’s a large discount. Zinc flake is expensive.

Received a bed rack last week. After putting it together I found that it was a bit wide to fit my tonneau tee tracks, plus it was in the way of rolling the tonneau. I really didn't want to drill holes in the bed sides, so I put my metalworker mind to work and decided that four pieces of 1/4" x 2" flat bar would do the trick. Drilled the holes, rounded off the corners, painted, and it turned out perfectly. It also doesn't block rolling up the tonneau.

The tonneau rolled up. Oh yeah, I also put those two swing cases in to store my hitch, straps and tools.

Pretty good day, I have set the caster angle, And it rides smooth as silk. Centered the body with the RC adjustable track bar, And mounted cowl covers. I don't know why why I like them so much!!!
Even cut out for the ditch lights. yeah, a pretty good day!

Big day. Front wheels are on. And I backed it out of the garage for the first time since 4/19. The gas tank is attached with a lashing strap. The track bar isn’t torqued, the wheel is crooked. But I hadn’t done any of that yet. But I needed to see if I could get it out of the garage, and it hadn’t even moved since a tranny own replacement and fluid change. It shifted like butter. Of course I didn’t go further than my driveway or yard. But it didn’t grenade. RCVs are silent and butter smooth after the rebuilds. It still needs all the skids, and don’t have the tank skid replacement yet, but it was a big step.

I did lose my rake. There’s 5/8ā€ of it left. So I’m going to need taller rear springs. No way to know until it was on the ground though. Thanks for everyone’s support through this process.

I did some super basic articulation tests in the yard. I don’t think I’m at any risk of bottoming out the shocks with how the bumps are setup. The jury is out regarding the drag link. But I think it might be ok.
