Thanks. Even with the winch plate. I only lost about 1/2 an inch. I may flatten it out with a .75 but any suspension changes mess with towing… it’s likely I’ll never need anything bigger than an E rated 35 at the most.
Actually I was referring to the winch sitting in the bumper. It doesn’t block the radiator or obstruct the camera view much.
But to your point it doesn’t look like it impacted your ride height much either. It looks good in your truck.

Thanks Bill. It’s simply the oem steel bumper, warn winch plate and Zeon 10.

Genesis Dual Battery Setup, opted for the diesel setup even though I have a gasser because the plan is eventually to do Hemi things and engine compartment space is at a premium then. The 392 kit is also a rear under the seat kit.
Next will be to see if I need to trim that bucket or not, once the American Adventure Labs rear seat delete arrives..my suspicion is Yes, because then I have to uninstall/reinstall everything 😂

Genesis system will eventually power my star link setup, amps, and any other back of the driver's seat powered accessories.

Will probably install the G screen over the next couple weeks as I have down time.

Got my used Mopar Rubicon shocks from @Shibbyjeep on today after finding the rears (and on removal the front passenger) were leaking. Took a couple hours thanks due in part the fender liners being a pain but got it done. Ride seems decent so far coming from the Max Tow shocks.

With the help of @tredzlitely, after doing his rear brake lines and ABS extensions, swapped the rear Frankenstein springs for 6.5” hd Evo springs. It’s going to probably get out of the garage. 🤣. Previous springs were ram 1500 3” lift springs, plus 1.5” teraflex spacers. Pretty rough, but helps the weight. But they were toast, and were never a perfect solution. At least these are dual rate. So far got one shock eyelet replaced and new bushings put in. Need to do the other one before putting things back together and doing some track bar measurements.

Made up a little grill hoop yesterday....didnt turn out to bad. i was wanting to add some tubes to the sides but i didnt have enough 1" tube on hand to do that.

So at least for now it should keep a deer from taking out the radiator

The Dual rate you will like. I am surprised those Ram springs were not Dual rate.

Nice stinger . Always better to bump that before the bumper. Just always found that they save bumpers 😂

I’m always impressed that people can fabricate so well. What kind of bender do you have? It’s on my list to add someday.

I kept those springs way too long. They have some permanent bow in them. I’m expecting a significantly better ride. My anxiety is related to whether they’ll hold me above or at level when I hook up a trailer. I didn’t get further than one shock last night, so I’ll find out today how it looks on wheels.

Did you have to change shock length?
