Stopped by to pick up my Rubicon gladiator for corrosion repair with the dealer...only to find out they had put a MOJAVE decal on the new hood they gave me and they also applied a Wrangler unlimited sticker instead of the Gladiator sticker under the new Jeep logo on my front quarter panels. I told them to keep it until they finished everything right. This was my second go around but with a different dealer regarding corrosion repairs. This time around thought they gave me two new doors, hood and tailgate. Hope to never deal with this corrosion again but I have a feeling I will someday see it again.

Not today, but Wednesday woke up to a dead battery in my '21 Gladiator, so five years or so. So took it to a local shop and had both batteries replaced. Mostly good, but when I got it back on Thursday, had message - Start / Stop not available (or similar). I don't use the S/S system but don't want constant error display either. After some reading, put a trickle charger on it overnight. Upon starting it today, still had message, but in addition battery display only showed 12.7 volts with engine running or not. After some rooting around with scan gauge the Start /Stop system started working. Driving down the road battery display will mostly stay around 12.7 but will also fluctuate between 13-14+ volts from time to time.

Will see how it works tomorrow.

Installed Barricade rock sliders/steps. I wanted something to step into the Jeep with but didnt want to get rid of the Rubi rails. With a few modifications I was able to get these installed today.

I think the Armorlite is noticeably more quiet than Jeep carpet.

The Armorlite is quieter, I know ya all say that is cause I spent a lot of money, but I won it in the Tread Lightly auction so there!
It’s quieter because my dear wife says it is actually asked why I put the floor in and then said it is a lot quieter, but what is that other noise?
Yup now I hear the wind noise, and that is a whole nutter rabbit hole!….Jack

It’ll be ok. One or both of the new ones were likely just a tad low. The trickle or a long decent drive should sort them out. If it’s consistent after several drives, I’d go back to where you bought the batteries.

Well I've been busy but I got my new to me bumper on and yesterday discount tire put me some 315/70r17 Mickey Thompson Baja Legends on. They fit great and ride so good There was a beautiful white JTR getting some new shoes at the same time but I didnt get to meet the owner. My daughter definitely approves. As for driving I can tell they are heavier but the difference isn't as drastic as some people say, very manageable until I can re-gear.

I have 2024 gladiator sport s and just upgraded my sunvisor to have homelink. Super easy bought on eBay part number 7SY00TX7AA wire picture posted is what I did but not mine. Works perfect

in and works flawlessly. 4 quick flashes, 4 semi quick flashes, then solid red.
