Isnt that where that super cool Bluetooth speaker is supposed to be? Just asking because I don’t have one either. :CWL:
The speaker is actually in the center to the right.

Why did you have to completely remove the steering wheel it looks as though it goes on where the radio controls are . I aint sure about loosing that functionality. But it does look cool.
Did you get to choose which side you wanted +&- on ?
You have to completely remove the original orange wiring harness from the wheel and replace it with the new orange wiring harness that is in the kit. The paddle shifter levers are integrated into the pieces that have the radio buttons, you don't lose any functionality. There is at least one more pin on them, and the new wiring harness has the connectors and wiring to match.

I don't think there is any way that you could leave the wheel in place, undo the cover on the back side of the wheel and get clearance to remove the old harness and install the new one.

No, + for upshift is on the right / passenger side, - for downshift is on the left / driver side. It may be a standard? It was the same way in my old Audi A7.

Didn't do this for looks. When towing our camper on downhill grades in the mountains, transmission in manual mode, annoying having to take one hand off the steering wheel to downshift / upshift as required. Suppose it will be slightly safer as well.

I have been dealing with my JT hunting for a line on the freeway. No DW or pulling , just a slight hunting. So today I finally took it to my favorite jeep alignment shop for a complete laser check. I found that it has 7.9 deg caster and had 0 toe in. So had to set to 1 deg out and now it is great.
My alignment guy builds jeeps , says that the 7. 9 deg caster is just fine with a lifted Jt with 37s . the hunting problem is done.

I use manual mode alot when I am on these skinny steep roads I work on alit of them even have 15mph speed limits . Let me ask do you let off the fuel when you shift up like ypur driving a standard and then back on it are do you just shift ?

Just click the paddle, no need to let off the gas.

If you're on the fence about them, just do it. They are well worth the money. I use them frequently, especially while towing. You don't even have to move the shifter over to manual, you can leave it in D and the paddles still work. When you're ready for it to go back to auto just hold the paddle for a second. It makes mountain roads and towing much better.

In an effort to save you some weight for all the jumps in your Mojave you can send it to me. I know it’s a sacrifice but I’ll take one for the team so you can jump higher and further than everyone else with a Bluetooth speaker weighing them down.

I have one. But it’s a Milwaukee, and didn’t come with my Jeep. But it comes with my Jeep. :)
I have one in my 24 Mojave X two. They're almost $500 if you buy it from Mopar. I also have a $20 old Bose that sounds just as good. It's nice to have the charging cradle but definitely not worth the price.

Mine actually has the factory thumper behind the rear seat in the center.

Agreed my Milwaukee sounds amazing and takes m12 and m18 batteries. One battery powers it for like a week. And it was 20% of the price.
