I failed at an install today. Sector shaft brace. 2 bolts with a bushing that goes around the sector shaft. Should be easy. Take a look and tell me I’m crazy. The bolts should be parallel with the wrench placed above the brace right?

I’d need to see the bearing plate with the brace I think. Who’s is it? Looks quality. Did it accidentally cross thread?

Got both front seats done and installed. Heaters are working great. Was able to repair the zipper on the passenger seat. This week I’ll tackle the backs and this will be a done deal.

love the saddle color against the granite crystal

Its Synergy. It feels high quality. Good and strong. Should do the job but couldn’t get the bolt in the rear to bite right. Kept trying to put it in like usual for bolts and it would not go. Even when it was out of the vehicle the bolt wouldn’t sit right. Didn’t want to do any cross threading or jack it up until I talked to Synergy. That sucker is $100.

Found out how many 2 cubic foot bags of shredded pine mulch a JT can haul.

The answer is 32. 27 in the bed and 5 in the back with the seats flipped up. (I may have overestimated its capacity. Next time I'm using a trailer)

Fortunately Lowes is only 3 miles away from my house. I did strap it all down and took side/neighborhood roads to get home. Pic is after I pulled a couple straps off.

Call synergy find the thread size and pitch and get a tap to match and rerun the threads and clean them up. ( just an idea now they may take it back.

I messaged them. They’re pretty good about getting back with a response. I was just trying to get it done right quick and beat the weather. Looks like we could get rain here soon. It’s not urgent so not overly concerned. Still have drag link/tie rod ends to do as well. Ordered it all at once so I’d have plenty of stuff to do. :CWL:

Yep. I had the first gen flat bar on my LJR. The Gladiator has the billet arms. Not sure if HD or not. They were on when I bought it. I’ll have to get into part numbers to determine. For rear I want to do the triangulated thing with the AntiRock back there as well. Probably not going for the HD. I carry a bit of weight with tools and such but not RTT weight so I think the standard will work for me. I don’t mind body lean as long as I know it’s there and can drive accordingly.
Easiest way to determine which ones you have would be to measure the sway bar diameter and reference their site. They list the diameters for all the antirocks.

Recently noticed an intermittent rough idle and pinging at low RPM light throttle. Replaced plugs, PCV & belt. #6 had some build up and others looked good. 2020 with 50k miles.

I probably need to do this as well. Have started noticing a slight hesitation from stop to go. Did you use Mopar plugs or pick up some NGK or Bosch from the parts store?
