Former Lowe's guy here. Unless the wood stays in Georgia, Oregon/Washington or someplace with some matching humidity, it's going to warp to some extent. It's not even big box that's the problem, just big box do product turns quicker, and indoor yards so the bunks get broken into before they have a chance to acclimate better, and thus warp like a mofo. I always had my guys rotate stock by date to minimize that, plus tried to keep a 3-4 week supply on hand for best sellers. Smaller retailers usually have a drive through lumber yard, and that helps a bunch for quicker acclimation.3 coats of exterior paint and under the tonneau, ..YES.
big box wood sucks......=(
The shop I took it to does all of the local dealerships after market work. I had him doing other work for me and he only charged me a total of 2.5 hrs which came out to about $300.00 plus tax. But the tech was on it for at least 4 hours. How hard was it to install the switches?
Looks good (except for the wheel . Haha) repost when you get them. Its gonna look great. ThanksThe 2nd pic is deceiving for its not saggy in the back end.

Looks good! What does Badge Glow do? Does it just make it easier to connect to Aux switches by bringing the connections to under the hood?I wired up a set of KC HiLite Gravity LED PRO6 driving lights to the OEM Steel Bumper using a BadgeGlow Aux board from the OEM Aux switches.
Exactly. Just makes it cleaner. I attached Aux 1 through Aux 4 to it. I am running my lights on Aux 4 (the lights are less than 4 amps and Aux 3 & 4 are 15 amps). Next time I install something that needs power, I just have to run the wires to the BadgeGlow Aux board.Looks good! What does Badge Glow do? Nice, I need to look into it. But, I wired my CB from inside so I don't need to do that but I plan to add lights and that might be a cleaner solution. It is < $40 so not too shabby!Exactly.
