Cancel each other out.Unfortunately I fall into the millennial category, but I most certainly don’t feel like I should. I’m in my 40s, six figure income, house, kids, 2 new Jeeps, boat, muscle car, and I don’t live with my parents. I’m about as far from millennial as it gets. Meanwhile on the other hand, my wife turns 50 this year and acts like a 14 year old, so there’s that![]()

That's for sure. I moved to TX from the Central Coast but I was able to keep my job in CA. Now I just work remotely. It's nice here being able to buy a decent size house for $200K-$300K instead of $700-$800K unless you wanted a tinny fixer upper not to mention gas is half the cost here.Yeah, the money in California is very different from the money elsewhere. It’s worthless. If I wasn’t tied to the state career wise I’d be long gone in a hurry. I absolutely cannot stand this state but there aren’t many states that make this kind of income as easily as I do here. I mean, I can’t say easy, but I really feel like I’m overpaid for what I do here.
That would get you about 1,000-1,200 sq ft or so, modest home, here. It's nice here being able to buy a decent size house for $200K-$300K

You have to unbolt the cage around the door first, otherwise the squatters will get inLove the "request a tour" button - open door, look inside, end of tour.
That's crazy. This was the first house I bought here in Bulverde, TX which is just outside San Antonio but if you go inside San Antonio it is actually cheaper for a comparison. I just sold it and moved to a different part. This is the closest sub 300k house in my area. The foundation might actually be made out of pallets
