I won’t be doing any off road, rock, sand, or mountain driving.
The Gladiator will be used for highway and street driving. Pricing is not an issue.

Depends how nice a truck you want and whether or not you plan to tow. But for your use cases i'd stick with Sport S, Freedom, or Overland.

If towing is part of the equation, Sport S Maxtow or Freedom Maxtow

I’ll be hauling gun carts & equipment to events. Need a pickup & the Gladiator’s are so cool looking!

If pricing is not an issue, the high altitude will be your best bet for street/highway driving with the sport tuned suspension. However, for resale value (if you don’t plan on keeping it for awhile) I’d get the rubi or Mohave.

No towing
Okay, so no towing, we're back to how nice a truck you want. Pretty well equipped? Overland. Lightly equipped? Sport S or Freedom. Bare-bones spartan? Sport will do just fine.

Mojave ....end of story LOL

Simply, go test drive all of the trims you might be interested in and let that be your decision point.

Everything else stated here will be subjective and opinion based. Its going to be your cash on the line, make sure your ass is happy with it......not being funny, being serious.

Test drives are free.......a 24-84 month loan or cash spent on a vehicle you hate is horrid. Its all about the due diligence........just like what you're attempting here. Ass in the seat and hands on the wheel will be the ground truth decision point for you.....or it should be.

Cheers

Is your plan to leave it bone stock, or are you planning to modify it?

If you're leaving it stock, or mostly stock, look at the Rubicon or Mojave. Mojave will have a better on road ride, and still has some offroad chops if you ever take a trip and get a wild hair.

Safety equipment such as park assist, lane changing, etc
Leather seats, highway driving smooth as possible.

I love my mojave as much as the next guy, but if i never planned to get off the streets, i definitely would have gotten something with street tires. Smells like an Overland to me.

I added so many options to my JT Overland that I really should have just ordered a High Altitude as there wouldn't have been much, if any, price difference. Order the High Altitude.
