Check your inbox.
Gosh, did everyone get their JT ready for the weekend since the forum was down most of the day?

I'm sure someone had the time to solve the valvetrain problem.

The issues may have started as early as yesterday but we noticed this morning.

Please let me know if you see any going forward. Thanks.
I’ve had at least a dozen instances today where I try to submit something in a thread or direct message and end up with this. I tried ending the app (iOS) and restarting, and everything resulted in this. Only waiting quite a while sees it working again. Server load issues? Let me know if you’d like some assistance with load balancing/management.

I forgot about the network engineer bit - Cisco certified, right? How about Juniper?
In the case of the AMC forum I administer - it was AI bots harvesting information and images.

I deal with Cisco a ton. But for application and server load balancing I’m all about Citrix netscalers. No one can touch them.

There's a name I haven't heard in a while (well, I did retire 8 years ago!)

They’ve been around for so long, and just keep getting better. The application firewall module is so good. You can do so much to prevent things like sql injections into form fields, just as one example.

From a basic standpoint, and very easily, they handle the front end requests and only contact the back end server (s) with unique requests. Identical requests for static information on the servers are served from cache on the netscaler front end. So you end up with higher performance with fewer back end servers, all while preventing direct attacks on said servers.

I believe we were looking into their server-based virtual desktop solution about 11 or so years ago.

I deploy and support Citrix virtual applications and desktops very often. It’s a pretty big focus for me.

Anyway to get GIF extensions added back to the allowed uploaded image media list?

The alerts and emails are a bit tangled up.
I've had several alerts, checked out one post, and then go back and the other alerts are marked read.
I've just gotten emails for posts I've not seen, but there was no alert for them.
