I believe the Rubicon is the only one with raised breathers, at least it used to be the case.
I have a Mojave and at least one is on top of the engine intake. If it ever stops raining I’ll crawl underneath to see where the others are.

Only one in the engine bay that I can see readily. Not unexpected.
I'm thinking of seeing what can be moved up higher, if possible.

Just stay clear of flash flooding when dune-jumping. Watch the forecasts carefully, stay out of ravines and low areas if there's rain in the hills.

Not a lot of dunes in New Hampshire. But $16k off sticker was enough to make the absurdity of a desert truck in the northeast worth it. Besides, it’s the nicest riding Gladiator or JL I’ve driven. Haha

Rain has finally stopped so I’ll try to figure out where the other breathers go.

Claims that the Rubicon have taller ones seem bogus. This thread from here and this video of a Rubicon look the same as mine.

Nothing even close to dunes or desert here. Old quarries are about it, but nothing to drive in or on.
I didn't need or want the full Rubicon treatment - front locker, sway disconnect, wasted here. .
I did appreciate the beefy frame and other treatments for towing and snow plowing and the price was less than my 22 Overland was - but much more capable. Had to have a ride at least as good as the Overland - this does it for sure.

BTW - if possible, please send all excessive rain here to zip 50237. Desperate for it.
