But it is cheaper to buy one already built.IMO, your best option is to find a top notch jeep shop near you, have them start looking for a donor vehicle, and build it up to your / their specs. Finding one "built" locks you into someone else's idea of what is "good or right" and inevitably leads to redoing thing to your needs. Buy a bone stock vehicle and build it out to your specs.
You could buy a built one and redo what you don't like and possibly still come out ahead.
