Which second vehicles compliment the gladiator best?

My Gladiator was just retired from its daily driver status with a BMW X3 M40i. It’s a little more efficient but much faster and fun on my daily commute to work. And now I can build the Gladiator even bigger now that it doesn’t need to fit in parking garages.

A modified JLU. I have played the efficient other car game over the years. Never worked out as it just sat. I enjoy driving lifted Jeeps. I am about to put my modified foxbody up for sale because once again it never gets driven, and it’s a blast to drive.

30th anniversary Camaro ss?

Had a 96 Z28 with the manual transmission for 22 years. Had to get rid of it when I moved into an RV for a couple of years. Consigned it with only 82K miles. I got 9K for it. They sold it for over 12K.

Used to be a Chevrolet Bolt and an Outback. Outback was a bit redundant and I finally got the Bolt bought back so now it's the gladiator and a mach-e gt. I'm very happy with that combo and got what I really wanted which was two AWD things and ditching a third car that complicated parking.

The three car combo of the Bolt for chores and errands and driving to/from work, the Outback for garbage weather and the Jeep for weekends and exploring was good though. Even with AWD and great winter tires, the gladiator just doesn't do what the Outback can do in snow and ice and elevation at least not nearly as effortless. We will miss it but don't need another gas car. That's the one singular thing I hate about my gladiator, filling up at a gas station. (When you go months without having to do it anymore you really realize how gross and annoying it is).

This was my primary ride for the two years I was a bachelor beboping around the country in my Renegade RV with the 16' garage. Now that I'm married and have a house again [and live in MO where it gets cold] the JT will be the main ride and my Harley the backup.

For sure not a Subaru Outback, Wife got my Gladiator. I get in the Subaru everyday with dark glasses and a hoodie to avoid being recognized!

My Gladiator shares space with a Ford Expedition Max for family shuttle duties. My Ford Fusion Hybrid for DD duties.
I’m thinking about adding a Jeep GC WK2 Trailhawk if I can find one with decent options with the equipment I want at a price I’m willing to pay.

Practical and slightly less practical

Both soft tops because driving is better with the top down. I think the diesel rubicon gets better gas mileage though haha.

I do miss the manual transmission in the s2000 during winters, but the Jeep is infinitely more fun than the 14' Sierra I had before it.
