Did they give any specifics about the programming change like what it was supposed to do or some kind of number/ID for the change? Too often in the past I've gotten the "it's ready to be picked up" call only to find that the service performed was "no problem found". I hate going to the dealer with intermittent/inconsistent problems.They made and a programing change. What a difference, no complaints now.
