Why does JT have poor throttle response?

They made and a programing change. What a difference, no complaints now.
Did they give any specifics about the programming change like what it was supposed to do or some kind of number/ID for the change? Too often in the past I've gotten the "it's ready to be picked up" call only to find that the service performed was "no problem found". I hate going to the dealer with intermittent/inconsistent problems.

They did not. I was more concerned with them not fixing my transfer case popping out of low. They keep telling me it's fine. But they have no way to test it since they have no large ledges or mountain passes to drive up. Morons.
All he said was they reprogrammed it to fix the throttle response issue.
