I bought the Bosch ones. They work much, much better than stock - even when the stock ones were new.... Be careful changing them. If you take one of the wipers off, and accidently drop the spring loaded arm even one inch, you will crack your windshield.... The edges of the windshield are the most prone to cracking.... Don't ask me how I know, I do not want to talk about it... lol...

LOL, reading this reminded me of an episode of the cartoon GI Joe. When they kept getting cryptic messages from "de viper" then at the end it was the window wiper. god Im old and remember the weirdest stuff. lol

I bought these. I was worried they were a gimmick but I’m pleasantly surprised at how good they are so far.

I was actually thinking of 3D printing something that can be opened an shut on demand. I’m surprised Jeep did do same thing as Cherokee with a heating element in the windshield. That would have helped a lot.
No need to open and shut with the plugs - once you fill in a dozen or so of the holes you will be good to go. I have had them in for 2 years and don’t even think about them. Other than when driving in freezing conditions and marveling that my windshield isn’t icing up!
