New first time jeep owner and I'm wondering what if any jeep specific prep you recommend ahead of Winter weather...
Usually (pre-jeep times) I changed to all season wheelset, new wiper blades and run premium fuel.

Common sense goes a long way, but new car in colder than usual temps seems like a good time to check in...

@#%$ the premium fuel. It does ZIP for you, nothing, nada, zero.

Just keep check on the fluids like washer fluid, etc.
Nothing special. My wiper blades are already less than 6 months old so no need to replace them yet. Will wait until I see signs of trouble or until a bit later.
There's nothing different or specific, and in fact, modern vehicles you simple deal with them as usual. Nothing special.
Keep winter stuff in with you - gloves, blankets, emergency stuff in case of a winter storm and getting stuck or stranded, but that's for you, not the truck.
Keep the tank full but honestly, use the same fuel you always use.
There is absolutely no reason at all to go "premium".
Octane won't make it start more easily or resist ordinary winter stuff. Octane resists self-ignition and you are actually more likely to have that trouble in the SUMMER!
Detonation in winter is less likely, not more likely.

I live in Iowa and see a lot of bad weather, temps in single digits around here this week with highs later this week below 0.
What am I doing? Keeping the tank full of 87 or 88 octane (same gas I ALWAYS buy)
I have 2 extra blankets in the truck - not only for me and my wife but in case I run into anyone with problems. I always keep jumper cables (to help others, mostly).
Oil will be changed next week (because it's time and I like seasonal oil changes if I haven't already)
Washer fluid will be topped off.
All fluids will be checked again later today (like I haven't already done that twice this month)

I put air in my tires when it starts getting colder. I also tend to drink more stouts and porters when the weather gets colder as apposed to light American lagers.
Can't comment on the latter (different tastes) but the former -yeah, make sure tires are good and aired up.
I bumped mine back up to 34 - 35 today to offset the cold temps.

I refer back to the Possum Lodge word game for the drinks -
The key word is "water".
The idea is to get the contestant to say that word.
Clue - something you drink a lot of
beer
No, this has no taste
Oh, American beer!
(Red Green Show - it's Canadian)

Fluid film the frame... RainX the windshield and watch tire pressure.

Good idea to carry gloves, a blanket and windshield wiper fluid in the winter. You may want a telescoping scraper for the Jeep.

I don't know why running premium fuel would make any difference.

You know, I haven't the slightest idea. I just copy others ;) looks like you wouldn't know why either.

I'm keeping my Mopar Sunrider on all year...My Mojave is a pleasure craft, and I don't commute with it, so I don't see any point in swapping back and forth 2X a year. It took me 2 days to get use to the look last June when I first put it on, now I preferer it because it looks even more Jeepy and of course it is so darn convenient...Only thing changes for winter is I go to the car wash after I spend time in the Wild. I prefer to do it myself though as it starts to warm-up.

Tire pressure, fluids, oil change
Keep gas tank full
Battery on a tender if not driven for more than 2 days
Winching gear put back in the truck
Blankets, water and some type of snacks added (keep in locked box as critters love winter snacks)
