Wires hanging down under glove box?

Anybody have an idea where these wires go? Just notice them hanging down under the glove box up by the fire wall.

Those would go to your auxiliary switches if you had them.

The other end is under the hood, behind the battery all taped up in a wad.

There should be six total. One is always hot, one is switched with the ignition, and four for the AUX switches, of which there is a parallel set next to the battery. It's okay to tuck them back under the dash. Just make sure none of the wire ends are exposed.

Aux Switch Wires
All the details.. a bit surprised leads were unwrapped if you bought your JT new. Mine were wrapped so tight and attached to another set of wires they were hard to find.

Do all Gladiators have these wire in place already?

Only if they have the AUX switches installed at the factory. If they are installed afterwards, the two hot wires are missing.

Yes, the wire harness for the aux switches are in place on all Gladiators.

Interior is usually in a bundle behind glove box, left side of passenger foot well all taped in a wad.
Exterior are under hood, between battery and passenger front fender, all taped in a wad.

That is incorrect. The Aux wire bundle is in ALL Gladiators from the factory. If you did not get the factory installed Aux Switches then you don't get the extra wires in the bundle.

Sorry Kevin, that is not correct. The Jeep Gladiator wire harness only includes the wires for options that are ordered from the factory. Extra wires are not there to later plug in other options. Read the threads from those who have wanted to add the bluetooth charger, the bed outlet, and the front camera after purchase.

The AUX wire bundle is only in the trucks with the AUX switches installed. The two extra hot wires are only in the bundle for switches that were factory installed. The two hot wires are not there for switches that were dealer or owner added.
