"My .02 Two 100ah renogy LiFePo4 batteries with 4 100w Mono solar panels." So, you don't actually have this set-up?
Currently no. But that will be my setup when I'm done. My boss is a genius on solar. He used to have it on his sailboat. Said he could run for weeks.

I am still planning, also...would like to see your end result.

Been running an iceco vl65 dual for awhile now with a bluetti ac50s and a 100w solar panel. Iceco fridge does switch priority to ac when plugged together with dc outlet. Battery gets topped off easily a reasonable amount of sun. With that being said I'm putting together a battery box solar generator with a renogy 100ah battery and the ability to daisy another 100ah battery if needed.

What kind of panel are you running?

I have an ecoflow river pro that I use to power my 35quart fridge via 12v. It will power it for about 2 days if I precool it before loading it up. It will charge the battery up in about 4-6 hours while driving so it works great on a road trip. I bought it refurbished on ebay for about 1/2 price. I was looking at building my own setup but this is portable, I can put it in different vehicles easily and is nice and compact.

If you decide to do a DC run ... this made my life a little easier (plenty of length to get to the typical bed outlet location from the battery)

The next step was deciding which "marine grade" outlets to wire into it ... I did a standard DC outlet, a fast charge usb port with voltage readout and a switch that I wired to additional bed lights ... if you go straight to the battery, then you might want to skip the voltage read-out to avoid parasitic loads ... I wired it to one of my high current aux switch circuits next to the battery

Just recently did this set up. Very simple and will last me 4 days of camping powering the fridge.
While on the go I trickle charge the battery with the 110v outlet in the back seat.
The bed outlet is powered by the battery with the Anderson plugs. I ran 12ga wires

The 2 optima battery fits perfectly under the seats.

Update mobile install. Needed something removable yet still secure and convenient. So I mounted the battery box to a battery tray that is bolted down to a tractor supply box for quick release. Also installed 12v cig plugs, power poles and anderson connectors for easy plug and play. Mppt controller also connect via 50amp anderson.

Well got my Renogy panels. Hooked up my meter to them and just like that we have power. Guessing the next step is my 40A MPPT controller. Renogy 100ah battery ordered.
Question is. With a Renogy controller will that limit the input into the battery? My panels are just the standard 100w panels but when I plug my meter into it directly it reads 24~ volts. First picture is filtered sunlight. Second picture is direct sunlight.
Any advice on a switch setup is appreciated

If you wired your 2 panels in series, you double your voltage. Figure out how you want to wire your panels, series or parallel. I test mine with my 20a mppt charger and I get more input to my battery when I wired my panels in series.

That voltage was coming straight off the panel plugs itself.

Oh. Ok, looks like the spec on the panel has a VoC of 24.3V. So that looks correct. I'm also no expert, so just guessing here.
So again I'm going to guess that the 40a MPPT controller is going to limit the voltage going into the batteries? If reading their website correctly.
