Just had my first oil change and tire rotation done with the Jeep Wave program. When I log in now, it shows only the 2 remaining oil changes and tire rotations, but there isn't a service entry. I just had it done yesterday. Is there a delay in this syncing up with the customer portal?
Also of note, they forgot to reset the oil life sensor. Had to do that myself before leaving.
