First Oil Change and Tire Rotation with Jeep Wave

Just had my first oil change and tire rotation done with the Jeep Wave program. When I log in now, it shows only the 2 remaining oil changes and tire rotations, but there isn't a service entry. I just had it done yesterday. Is there a delay in this syncing up with the customer portal?

Also of note, they forgot to reset the oil life sensor. Had to do that myself before leaving.

They'll forget alot of stuff, and some even give ya an extra quart of oil. Oh and you better check your own air filter. ?

You only get 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations as part of the program, so if you used 1 of each you would only have 2 of each remaining.

It takes a few days for the up date on the app. Last Wednesday, I had the oil change and tire rotation done. The app didn't up date until Saturday.

I get 4 free oil changes and tire rotations. ? The first one is with the dealer, the other 3 are the Jeep Wave program.

Check your service ticket. Many dealerships like to put in 6 quarts which is the prior JK spec fill for the 3.6L. Should be 5 quarts.

Or even 1.5-2 qts more than they should.

I put a label at the oil filler cap that says "9 Quarts". The reason I did that, it made it easier to remember how much each vehicle took. My Grand Cherokee took 6 qts, my Power Wagon took 7 qts , my Nismo takes 8 qts., and my bike takes 4 qts. The motorhome took 20 qts.
